Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $7.99
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $16.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Canada:
• Standard Shipping — $14.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. TrailPeak is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@trailpeak.com and we'll make it right.
